Why, you ask?  Well, before my 5 year old got his feeding tube at 15 months, he wouldn't eat anything that wasn't banana.  He would tolerate banana baby food, squashed bananas, banana Pediasure, etc., but nothing else.  This was due to his oral aversions, and it led to him being called my little monkey.  Well, as time went on, and we added the baby, we began spending family time on our bed each night.  This usually consists of rough-housing, lots of tickling, and jumping on the bed.  The latter of which inevitably leads to all of us singing "3 little monkeys jumping on the bed. . ."  Now, I think they'll always be my monkeys.  At least until it starts to embarrass them.
